Lehigh University's Office of Distance Education has been committed to providing graduate programs and certificates to working professionals for over 16 years. Our programs emphasize academic excellence through internationally renowned faculty, a shared community of learners, and superior curriculum.
Lehigh University's distance education program provides the student with the same level of educational excellence for which Lehigh University is renowned and strives to maintain the same level of quality of instruction and student service that is available to our on-campus students.
Course work is delivered using several different technology platforms, allowing us to provide courses that meet the varied needs of our students. Courses may be live or asynchronous, by satellite or over the Internet. Our staff works closely with faculty members to develop courses using delivery mechanisms that create the best learning environment for our students. Our two main delivery mechanisms are live satellite broadcast to partner sites and asynchronous online streaming video. Please see below for details on our program offerings and delivery options.
