Professional Continuing Education Course Access Conditions

When I register for a professional continuing education course, I understand that:

  1. The course or module does not carry university credits, cannot be used toward the completion of any degree program, and does not generate an official Lehigh University transcript.
  2. In most cases the course or module has been adapted from a previously offered Lehigh University credit course and for that reason, may include instructions or information that is not applicable to professioinal continuing education students.
  3. LESN-Online has made every effort to create a reliable information delivery system, however Lehigh University accepts no responsibility for the inability of students to receive Internet transmissions due to technical or hardware problems that occur on non-Lehigh owned or operated equipment.
  4. Lehigh University assumes no responsibility for Internet delays or interruptions.
  5. In cases of misuse of computer resources, Lehigh reserves the right to take legal action and/or revoke the access of any student to all University computer/server systems. Misuse of computer resources includes, but is not limited to:
        1. Disclosure of passwords
      • Copyright infringement
      • Distribution of viruses or other malicious programs
      • Harassment of other system users
      • Any attempt to use Lehigh University hardware/software for other than legitimate educational purposes
